- Think Back. Have you ever been successful at manifesting something into your life through envisioning it and believing it was really possible? Because you believed it was possible, how do you think that impacted the action that brought you towards realizing that dream? .
- Evaluate your mindset. Do you currently have a glass half-full or half-empty type of attitude?
- Is life happening to you or for you? Do you have faith in yourself and in every outcome of daily happenings? Why or why not?
- What we believe can also hold us back. Reflect on any limiting beliefs that may hinder your ability to manifest your desires, and write down a countering belief to transform those beliefs into empowering ones.
