Order Minimums and Discounts
20-29 items for 40% off regular retail price;
30+ items for 50% off regular retail price
Placing Orders
Wholesale orders can be made by emailing dogoodpaperco@gmail.com. List the desired items and quantities and provide the following info for invoicing:
- Main Contact Person’s Full Name
- Business Name
- Shipping address & Phone number
For custom projects or corporate gifts and bundles, please email dogoodpaperco@gmail.com to enquire.
Payments
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
E-transfers are accepted (and preferred) and can be sent to dogoodpaperco@gmail.com. We also accept payments online by Credit Card.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
For wholesale orders, the full invoice amount must be paid before fulfillment. For custom projects, a 50% down payment is required before work begins. The balance is due before mass production begins.
Processing Times
It typically takes 2-3 business days to fulfill wholesale orders when items are in stock. Please allow 2-3 extra business days if custom bellybands are required, from the time that the bellyband design is received by Do Good Paper Co.
For out of stock items and custom projects the lead time ranges from 3 to 4 months from the time the design is completed and received by Do Good Paper Co.
Turnaround times for corporate gifts and bundles can range from 5-15 days.
During holidays and peak times, shipping times may be longer.
Shipping
Shipping times are 2-5 business days with tracking. Do Good Paper Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays.
Shipping costs will be included in the final invoice. All items are shipped from Markham, Canada. Any duties/import costs are extra and are to be paid by the customer.
Cancellations & Returns
All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email prior to paying the invoice. We do not accept returns after orders have been fulfilled. For damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email us within 5 days of receipt with photo/video proof (if necessary) at dogoodpaperco@gmail.com and we will work with you to rectify the issue.
Terms
When an order is placed, retailers agree to these terms and conditions. We respectfully reserve the right to refuse or terminate any accounts not in compliance.
