Mindful Productivity Planner - Mint
The new Mindful Productivity Planner is a daily planner meticulously designed to help you stay mindful and on task. It's undated so you can start a planner anytime.
At the start of each month, you can plan and set goals, then come back to review your progress at the end of each month.
Each week also starts with a timetable so you can schedule and keep track of all your appointments and block off time for your tasks and projects.
Each day comes with a to-do list with time tracking, a great system for those with ADHD and others who find it helpful to allocate time to each project, as well as space for communications, meal planning and exercise & mindfulness. At the end of each week, evaluate your progress towards accomplishing your monthly goals, journal about what went well and plan for the coming week.
This hard cover planner has a minimalist cover design to suit all tastes, accented with text in gold foil, and is sized at 5.8" x 8.3" to be portable.
